✈️ 2. Book Your Flight

We recommend flying into Bajío International Airport (BJX).
We’ll provide airport pickup and drop-off only from BJX.

If you’re arriving by bus (Leon or Guanajuato stations), we will coordinate your pickup – just let us know!

Please plan to arrive on September 28th and book your return flight for October 5th, 2025.

🛡️ 3. Buy Your Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants.

You can choose any provider, but here are some great options:

If you already have a trusted company, feel free to go with the option that works best for you!

👫 4. Traveling With a Friend or Partner?

If you booked a shared room and are traveling with someone, please email us at hola@andrealamexicana.com to ensure you're placed in the same room.

If you have any dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies), mobility limitations, or any health condition we should know about to support your comfort and safety (e.g. medication needs, altitude sensitivity, etc.), please email us at hola@andrealamexicana.com as soon as possible.

We want to make sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and included throughout the experience. 💚
